At Minksie HQ, we are more than happy to answer your questions, offer advice (as we all use our Minksie products, that's how much we believe in them) and any other help you need to get the best out of you Minksie Goodies.
You can either contact us via email at email@example.com or complete the form below. We do our best to respond within 12-48 hours on Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays because we all need a break and time with family). If its Urgent, please put URGENT in the subject line and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
We prefer chat or email but if your preference is to chat to a real person, you can speak to Lou on 07933267294 but only between 9am and 3pm. Calls made outside this time will not be answered. Whatsapp chat is also now available, using that number.
Can I make any changes to my order or pre-order?
If you have made a mistake and would like to cancel or amend your order then send us an email or fill in the contact form and make sure to put URGENT in the subject line and we'll do our best to help but if your order has already been sent then this will not be possible.
When will I receive my order?
We do our best to get your orders packed out out the door as quick as we can, usually takes us up to 48 hours to process an order unless we are running a big promotion. Once your order is processed it should take 2-3 working days (see our delivery page for more info)
How do pre-orders work?
If you place a pre-order, you are agreeing to wait until we have stock of the item again which can be 2-4weeks. Your order will not be processed until our stock is replenished.
