Returns

We hope that you are happy with your Minksie pads and we welcome feedback on all purchases. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return your unused products for refund within 30 days of your original order date.  We do not cover the postage charge for any unwanted items. 



• Please do not return any used items as they will not be refunded.
• If you do need to return your items they must be in their original perfectly resalable condition.
• If you are returning items that are part of a set, you will only be refunded for the returned unused items.
• Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for a refund.
• If you believe your item is faulty please contact our customer services team at support@minksie.com. Please put your order number in the subject line and a description of the fault and a photo showing the fault in the body of the email.
• We do not accept liability for any faulty items after 3 months as we have no way of verifying if the items have been used or how they have been cared for in that time.
• Your refund will only be processed once we have received your returns parcel.
